Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPRE) announced today that it has finalized a content deal with ROK Entertainment Group US. Imperia Entertainment will provide content from its award winning "Autograph" series as well as its feature length movie "All That I Need," which opened in theatres in December 2005. This relationship may continue with future projects as well. ROK is planning for a U.S. launch in August. ROK service is already available in the U.K. and China.
