Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPRE) announced today that its board of directors has declared a stock dividend in its subsidiary, Muller Media, Inc. For every 1000 pre-reverse split (2 post reverse split) shares of Imperia Entertainment, Inc., held on the extended record date of July 3, 2006, a shareholder will receive one common share of Muller Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MUME). The NASDAQ Stock Market will effect the split in the marketplace approximately three business days after the record date. Fractional interests will be rounded up to the nearest 1000 pre split or 2 post split shares. Muller Media will file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register the shares and the distribution date of the shares will be the date that the registration statement is declared effective by the SEC. Each eligible shareholder will receive a prospectus with specific instructions on how to participate in the distribution and receive their common shares in Muller Media.
