A diversified entertainment production company, primarily focused on driving shareholder value by investing in and producing highly original television series and producing and distributing full-length feature independent films.

Along with its equity interest in "All That I Need", (www.allthatineed.net ) which was released in theaters December 2, 2005 by the Company’s wholly owned distribution company, Imperia International Distribution, Inc., and its recently feature film, “Say It in Russian,” (www.sayitinrussianmovie.com) starring Faye Dunaway, directed by Jeff Celentano (“Primary Suspect,” “Gunshy”) (www.jeffcelentano.com) and edited by David Rawlins (“Saturday Night Fever,”) and William Anderson (“The Truman Show,” Gallipoli”), the company is now in production on the feature film about mixed martial arts, “Never Submit” (www.neversubmit.com), in Missouri, where the state department of economic development has guaranteed the production to reimburse them for 50% of all Missouri expenses up to the first $800,000 spent.

The Company has amassed an impressive media library including the award winning "Autograph" (www.autograph.tv) television series, which airs on the OlympuSAT satellite broadcast system, which won a Bronze Medal at the New York festivals in 2003 and a Gold Globe Award from the World Media Festival in Hamburg, in 2003.
